CANCELLATION POLICY

Fun Water Tours, Inc/The VI Cat Cancellation Policy:

To receive a full refund, customers may cancel up to 72 hours before the excursion start date in the local time zone. *No refunds will be given after that time period, including illness or flight delays.*

We recommend purchasing "Trip Protection" which will guarantee refund up to 1 hour prior to departure time and may be purchased at time of booking.

"No-Shows" will be charged the full price of the excursion.

In the event The VI Cat cancels the excursion due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, customers may receive a full refund, rebooking or excursion credit.

TRIP PROTECTION

What is "Trip Protection"? 

Trip Protection allows our customers to protect their bookings/excursions. By adding on this enhancement at the time of booking, it provides customers flexibility to cancel for reimbursement or reschedule up to 1 hour before the start time.

It allows us to implement a firmer cancellation policy while providing the customer an option to add-on last-minute unforeseen trip itinerary flexibility. Trip Protection protects our business from revenue loss while also giving our customers peace of mind. 

Client example: Purchasing trip protection allows guests to cancel or reschedule their cruise at any time for any reason up to 1 hour prior to trip departure. Guest will be reimbursed for the full amount of each ticket, less the cost of trip protection and processing fees.
